Right-wing reporter Brian Glenn complemented Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s suit on Monday after previously attacking his Oval Office attire in February.
“First of all, President Zelenskyy, you look fabulous in that suit,” the chief White House correspondent of Real America’s Voice said to Ukraine’s president.
Zelenskyy had an Oval Office sit-down with President Donald Trump on Monday ahead of a multilateral meeting that the White House hosted with an array of European leaders on the war in Ukraine.
“I said the same thing,” Trump added.“That’s the one that attacked you last time,” the president reminded his Ukrainian counterpart.
“I remember,” Zelenskyy replied.
In February, during the infamous Oval Office meeting disaster between Trump and Zelenskyy, Glenn scolded the Ukrainian president for not wearing a suit.
“You’re at the highest level in this country’s office, and you refuse to wear a suit,” Glenn chastised Zelenskyy during the February showdown.
Zelenskyy responded then that he would wear a suit when the war with Russia ended.
“I apologize to you,” Glenn said Monday. “You look wonderful.”
“But you are in the same suit,” Zelenskyy joked. “You see, I changed. You have not."
